The Whop Hub Beta Walkthrough 🍰
We’re excited to announce we are releasing the first version of the Whop Hub. As the reselling space continues to grow, we noticed a lack of tools to organize all of your vital information. From bot license keys to renewal information, we saw an opportunity to create a new helpful hub.
Currently, the Whop Hub beta is only available to sellers on Whop. Below, we’ll cover a full walkthrough of everything you can do within the Whop Hub:
You can access the Hub here.
The Whop Hub
There are two main views for The Hub. You can either view by list or grid. The functions are the same within both; it’s merely personal preference.
The List View
If you’re a fan of lists over grids, this is your go-to. On the list view, it’ll look something like this:
For each bot, you’ll be able to see the last 4 digits of each key and the ability to copy the key to your clipboard. For each key, if filled out correctly, you’ll see your upcoming renewal date and the renewal amount.
Then there are two additional actionable items. You can click Edit Details or Manage Bot. We’ll dive deeper into both of these later, but in short, editing details allows you to manage all of your financials for each bot key as well as adding notes. For managing your bot, you are able to see an overview of bot rental analytics, access the bot’s dashboard directly, edit your listing if applicable, and view each key's net earnings.
The Grid View
In addition, there’s also a beautiful grid view.
From each grid card, you’ll be able to edit keys instantly. Like the list view, you can view your key, edit the details, and manage your bot. One component that is unique to the grid view is the ability to view when your key's last rental was (if applicable) or the quantity of keys on Whop for each respective bot.
Adding Your Bots
With this new flow, we tried to make adding bots a five-second process. Whether or not Whop supports this bot for rentals, all you need to do is select your bot, paste in the key, and it’s live in your hub!
If the bot key that was added to your hub is supported by Whop for rentals, it’ll automatically be submitted for approval to rent out. You don’t need to rent the key if you wouldn’t like to; it’s more so for the convenience factor if you ever decide to rent it out!
With the number of bot keys an average user has, keeping track of your purchase prices, renewal dates, renewal amounts, Discord burners, and more has become very difficult. The edit details modal fixes that.
Within the edit details pop up, you can add the purchase date, purchase price, next renewal date, renewal price, renewal period, and notes specific to each key. Upon filling out all of the financial information, you’ll be able to track everything in one place moving forward. Additionally, you’ll receive a reminder email & Discord notification 48 priors to every renewal you have upcoming.
The notes section is for you to add whatever info you’d like regarding each bot key. For instance, you can add the Discord burner account, which is attached to a key. Or a reminder to yourself about an upcoming event regarding a specific bot. It’s open to you to put whatever you’d like here.
Bot dashboards, key resets, and much more have never been managed in a central place. That changes today. For all bots partnered with Whop, you can automatically reset your key from this popup. Additionally, for all bots with an online dashboard, you’ll be able to click through to that instantly. You’ll also see the date you added the key and your license key.
If the bot you are viewing can be rented out on Whop, both the average rental duration and the lowest daily ask will be displayed. If your key is currently listed, you’ll be able to go straight to the edit listing flow if you choose. Your net earnings for the individual key will also be displayed here.
With this being a brand new concept, we need your help to take this to the next level. We’re actively looking for feedback and suggestions for new features to add to The Hub.
Beyond what you see in The Hub right now, our roadmap is stacked full of exciting new developments, including a full Whop Prime upgrade, server management solutions, and more.
